What we keep
Your email address and the time you signed up, plus your name, organization, and workflow interest if you give them.
What we do with it
We send you Commons updates and access announcements, and nothing else. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone except Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores the waitlist, and anyone the law requires us to share them with.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it or the waitlist closes. If you sign up again with the same email address, your original details stay as they are.
Your choices
Email info@dhiway.com to see, correct, or delete your details, or to stop receiving updates. We reply within 30 days.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and is not linked to the waitlist. Cloudflare also sees your IP address when you use the site, as any web host does. We use it only to limit how often the waitlist form can be sent; it is not stored with your signup.
This website is not meant for anyone under 18. If a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we will delete their details.
If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
